OMDC Recruitment 2012 for Managerial Posts

Government of India under the Ministry of Steel established the Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited ( OMDC ) in 1918 as a part of Bird group of companies and subsidiary of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited. Its all the mines are situated at various districts of Orissa. Hear quarter of OMDC is at Kolkata.

In order to meet business requirements, following experienced personnel having relevant experience in mining field are required by OMDC, Orissa. Through an recruitment notice no. HO/OMDC/RECTT/2012/(1) ,

OMDC invites applications form Indian Citizens for various posts and candidates interested in any of the below mentioned posts can apply latest by 21st April 2012.

5 posts are for Senior General Manager ( E-07 ) for the department of Environmental Engineering, Marketing & Logistics, Mines, Geology and Projects.

6 posts are for General Manager ( E-06 ) in Mechanical Maintenance, Mines, Civil Engineering, Personnel and Finance.

16 vacancies are for Deputy General Manager ( E-05 ) in the discipline of Mines, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Projects, Mechanical, Finance, Materials, Personnel, Marketing and Quality Control.

8 are for Manager ( E-02 ) in Mines, Environmental Engineering, Geology, electrical, Finance and Information Technology.

2 posts are for Deputy Manager ( E-01 ) in Welfare department.

1 post is for Personal Staff Officer ( E-0 ), 1 post is for Hindi Officer ( E-0 ) and 4 posts are for Assistant Manager ( E-0 ) in the department of Personnel and Information Technology.

pay scale: Posts under grade E-07 is under the pay scale of Rs.43200-3%-230900/-, while E-06 is under the pay scale of Rs.36600-3%-62000/-, E-05 is under the pay scale of Rs.32900-3%-58000/-, E-02 is with pay scale of Rs.20600-3%-46500/-, grade E-01 is under the pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500/- and posts under grade E-0 is under the pay scale of Rs.12600-3%-32500/-.
